Bought a Monarch 2-8X32. Heard some guys were having problems with the Monarch losing its zero after a few range trips. Anybody have good or bad comments about this line of scopes?

I have a 2X monarch on my .44 handgun and its been holding zero just fine up to this point.

Monarchs "Rule"

Sorry for the above pun...

But my 4-16X Monarch has been flawless and awesome since day 1.

OK, I will admit it's mounted on a Triple Deuce (.222 Rem) and not a .416 Rigby, but it's been a great scope for me -- very clear and sharp optics, and the side parallax adjustment is super.

I am now sold on Nikon quality. Their Omegas have a great rep for muzzleloaders, and though I don't have one (yet) the ProStaffs look to be a great value for the $$ too.

Hope yours works out well for you.

Tight groups!
