One queston, I hate to assume. The amount look like they are for volume measured amount not weighed amount. Is that correct ?

Volume measurements are when using a Black Powder substitute. You can weigh a volume amount of Black Powder that you measured and it will be the same. If you weigh the same volume of substitute powders, you will find the it weighs less. That volume is the same energy of Black Powder.
BP volume measure = to scale weight. 10 gr is 10 gr
substitute powder scale weight is less than volume measure. 10 gr by measure weighs less than 10 gr
I hope that clears the confusion.
