I do not know about you but every time I pull out a box of Lehigh's - it is really hard to shoot them - they just look so darn good....

You are really going to be surprised at the lack of drop of the 40/185's for being a HP bullet - they really shoot flat. Drive them hard they really prefer velocity. And since they are turned on a CNC lathe the are ROUND and do not wobble....

Those 40-200 DOA shoot like laser beams with my 1:20 Twist, smokeless 45-70 converted muzzleloader :D

And I was only pushing them at about 2000fps with 65g of IMR4320, in the Harvester Smooth Blue sabot, over a .060 fiber wad 8)

And you're right Sabotloader...It DOES hurt a little to send them down range

how about the .452 250 grain DOA?

Anybody shooting the 250 grain .452 Lehigh? How is it doing for you?

Here is a target shot with some .452/250 Lehighs... it is only 75 yards but sure shows some promise.... Shot #8 was the nut operating the trigger - not the fault of the bullet...

I already took out 1 of each to save. These look so good its a shame to shoot them at paper.

The 50 pack of the 40-185s even came in a nice box.

Dave...YOU DA MAN!!!

The 200gr 40 caliber group under an inch at 150 yd for me in my Endeavor and did a good job on a bad angle shot on a 170 pound buck this year.
The 250 group at .7 of an inch at 100 yds with 115 gr of BH in my Triumph so far all I have shot with them is a doe which shot broad side right over the heart dropped on the spot. Lee

I'd like to try some of the 200gr. 40 cals in my new Endeavor I just bought. What was the charge you were using? I'll be using bh209. I read on their site that those need a 2300 fps. velocity to stabilize. I also saw that Sabotloader's velocities were a couple hundred under that out of an omega. Your having superb accuracy with them.
