scope ring height

Right now i have a set of weaver medium high 1'' rings on my omega. I have one bolt that wont tighten up rite. So my question is all the scope ring in medium height the same? I was thing about going with warne ring next??

Different manufacturers use different standards for ring height, so don't mix ring brands or types on a rifle.

It sounds like your plan is to replace both rings with Warne? As stated different companies have slightly different heights with the sizes. A Warne medium will be close to your current mediums. Warne is one of my lower cost high quality favorites. The mediums should work fine. I know in general lower is best but one needs a little room to get at the action & maybe work a bolt on some guns.
