You have got to try it. For those of you who know how to make the sauce there's nothing different. Those of you who don't and are interested let me know.

With pleasure! :D Take some backstraps and cut them into medallions. Roll them in some salt and peppered flour. In a heated skillet (medium heat) add a stick of butter. Sorry, but margarine is a no- no for this recipe. The flavor will not be the same if you use margarine. Cook the deer a few minutes short of your desired doneness. Pour in 3/4's of a cup of dry Marsala wine. Cook for several more minutes or to your desired doneness. Enjoy! I sure like the way you live Bucker!
 
Thanks flhtr. Was really good. I actually succeeded in making deer meat fattening. I needed to make the medalions a little thinner though. Great recipe.
