whats the most user friendly, best accuracy for hunting powder when using the 243 nosler accubond bullet, 270 and 30-06 using the moly coated winchester/nosler bullet. I realist i will have to work up the loads to find what each rifle prefers but what powder would i most likey get the best performance out of. Most shooting situations will be 200 yards or less.

thanks

Well I'm no expert but have a 270 and 243 that I've been loading for. The 270 is a Tikka T3 light and shoots anything MOA but really shined with the 130 CT (Combined Technology) bullets and 54gr IMR 4350 powder. There are some loads for 243 w/ that powder and 100 gr bullets that I tried and were decent - just at 1" with my Encore Pro 28" barrel but I only set the 243 up with 55 gr CT for a super accurate varmint/target load. That load is a light 44gr I think, IMR 4064 and I have printed a .37" 3 shot group at 200yds with it and rountinely get 1 hole at 100 yds. I like Varget and get excellent results in everything i load with it, .243, 7-08, 308, and 270 but it was hard to come by last summer so I improvised. If I could only have 1 powder for everything, I would get Varget.

I don't reload any of the calibers you have listed. But I've read that reloaders have had great results with the Vihta Vuori powders. If you can find them, you might want to try the N160 for the 243, N550 for the 30-06, N560 for the 270. You might want to look at the IMR powders. The IMR 4350 and the IMR 4831.

With heavier bullets in the 243 H-4350 is great. It would also do well on the others you mentioned with the right bullet weights. For lighter bullets in the 243 I use a little faster powder.

For the 243 use IMR 4831 or H-4350 for the heavier bullets. Both powders will work well in the 270/30-06. The 270 does shoot faster with the H-4831sc.

+1 on IMR 4831. Use for .243 with Nosler 100 gr partitions and .270 with either Hornady or Sierra 150 grs spitzers. Both excellent and accurate deer loads.....
