Got my new toy this past weekend. T/C Pro Hunter in stainless and black flex tech. I traded in an old .38 revolver that was collecting dust. Almost an even trade with the sale price. Just bought the frame and stock. I had bought a .50 cal barrel and scope in the classifieds here a few weeks ago. I think the Omega scope may need to go. It's a really nice scope but the eye relief is way too long for me unless I have the barrel drilled and tapped a couple inches forward.
The gun looks & feels the nuts! It actually feels a lot lighter than I expected it would feel. Feel like a solid piece of equipment. I may eventually pick up a .223 or .243 barrel for it. Cant wait to fire it.

How does the saying go? THIS POST IS USELESS WITHOUT PICS!!! Or something like that.LOL Anyway...Congrats on your new Pro-Hunter. I have the same Pro-Hunter as you only with a .30-.06 barrel. Its a sweet shooting tack driver. I like it. It has taken many a whitetail. Good luck with yours.

Pro Hunter

Welcome t the club. I bought the Pro because of the possibilities of the different shooting platforms I could build. So far I am still on the 50 caliber for deer, coyote and now I guess ground hogs. There are so many loads and bullets for the 50 i haven't had the need to go buy the .223 I wanted in the beggining. W/ BH209, a 200 grain xtp in a cr sabot or a 250 / 300 grain xtp Mag I can handle anything i hunt out to 175 yards. I am not confident yet in my abilities to shoot this gun beyond that effectively, still need ot practice those shots.
