They sent me a metal trigger guard recently for FREE to replace the plastic one.

Last Monday i sent them my bolt and breach plug for the LK93 54cal. I just got a call from Sam at Knigt. He found the problem and is sending me the parts again for FREE!!

The Bolt turned out to be for a 50cal LK and the BP turned out to be for a newer Disc. It looks similar but is a tiny bit different.

Cant beat that. Only 1 week and the correct parts are shipping back to me today.

I really hope they stay around. They have earned me as a life long supporter and customer. :yeah:

Thank you Al and Sam, you guys ROCK!!!!

So much for me too.I alway had disc extreme and disc Elite .With th closing of Knight ,I had to buy a Traditions Pursuit Pro with stell frame , not alloy.
Kight co.please come back

There is no doubt Knight has one of the best and most generous customer service. I had dealt with them several times over the years. They have always been very helpfull and they never charged me for a part. I have gotten breech plugs, bolts, pins a rear saftey, etc,,, for free.
They are Awesome.
Thompson on the other hand wanted $6 for a lousey slave screw!

Knight if you come back i promise to buy more muzzle loaders :!:

I heard a rumor that they are planing a comeback. God I hope so!

I cant give any details but dont give up hope.

No im not some special insider but i do know a few people. A good effort is being made to revive them. There is one main possible buyer atm being backed up by at least one other big investor.

I can tell you IF/WHEN they do come back the Ultimate Slam is HIGH on the list of first models for production.

I just bought some items after the outstanding free service. Any help you can offer thru buying some Knight items would help encourage new investors.

They have a few nice Spitfire 285gr bullet/sabots on sale atm if anyone is interested. They shoot fairly well in faster twist 1-24 rifles or 1-28s if you can push them hard enough.

Best of luck Knight!!

Just got home and installed the parts.

ITS ALIVE!!

I cant believe how good the trigger is for such an older entry level rifle. It looks nearly new now :D

BTW Numrich gun parts has these for just $40 shipped plus various other Knight parts.

Sam is the Greatest!!

Yes he is.

He even called and confirmed my suspicion and also found the breach plug wasnt correct either. I thought it was. I knew the bolt was too small in diameter and causing it not to fire.

The trigger is now superb with the correct sized hammer/bolt assembly. Now im looking for stock or recoil pad options. The factory stock basically has no recoil pad on this model. :D

BTW im not upset with the seller at all. He sold it to me in good faith and even offered to take care of it at his expense. Im still quite happy with my purchase and now i have a beautiful 1995 (roughly) LK-93 54cal with a few upgrades.

I upgraded the plastic trigger guard and the plastic ram rod guides to metal. Luckily my version still had the partially adjustable trigger. The later model Wolverine 209 had a non adjustable trigger according to the manual. Plus the new fancier peep sight. :D

She is gunna be a beauty and the barrel is spotless. Almost looks like it has never been fired. :yeah:

I have an official Knight slip on recoil pad I could sell you. It sure helps the shoulder on heavy loads.

I might just take you up on that. I would prefer to keep this one all Knight parts and upgrades. Im going to check with Knight since i need a sling. If they have a slip on, i want to give them the business as a thank you for the outstanding service.
