Finally got some nice weather here in NC. Took the Accura out today to sight her in. Couldnt be more pleased with this gun. Bore sighted my Nikon scope and started with 90g BH209 and a 250g XTP in a MMP black. Fired one shot at 20 yards and moved back to 50y and fired a 4 shot group. I flinched on the small stringer or I would have had one ragged hole. The 3rd and 4th shot were almost in the same hole. Accura=Accurate!

Great shooting! What rings, bases and scope are you using? And how did the MMP's load for ya? I can't wait for the woodchucks to start popping out around here so I can get the first kill on my Accura.

Thats a Nikon Buckmaster 4X and Durasight rings and base. The MMPs loaded just about perfect. They were good and tight but not terribly hard to get down. The BH209 seemed to like them.

I'm using the same rings and bases with the medium ht. rings. But they set the scope to close to my hammer. Are you using the high rings?

:) 8) :D

Great little rifle isn't it :?: :?: Glad you like yours :!: I own the ACCURA also and I have never heard any complaints from anyone concerning that rifle. 8) Enjoyed myself at the range today also :!: :!: :!: . Good luck with your Accura.

Very nice shooting... wow its hard not to like a rifle that will do that.

great shooting for the first time out! Its gonna get scary when you get more time with it on the range?

Those are the medium rings. I bought the set together. I think it was model# DS702B. The scope sits close to the hammer, but its not a problem getting to the spur. Im pleased with em.

nice shooting and rifle, i might need to get one of those some day

I bought the stainless/ realtree accura from Cabelas in Jan for $309. Can't wait to shoot. You removed the optic sight ramp from your rifle correct?

Nice shooting

Yea, had to remove the sight ramp. The scope would contact it.,

If it were me i would remove the front sight too. It has no function now; will only be in the way, and probably will get damaged. I put 'dummy' screws in the 2 holes left by removing the iron sights on my Accura.
