The Supreme court should find it un constitutional since it makes insurance mandatory. Many states are already passing laws that prohibit the mandatory requirement under the 10th amendment.

This bill will be in the federal and state courts longer than it took them to screw us.

If my state does not opt out i will be moving to one that has.

I will not be part of the USSA even if it means leaving the Union to do so.

This same law passed in Mass. Its highly unpopular there with only a 17% approval rating according to the local polls in Boston. All medical care areas but 1 or 2 are now worse. Mass. has some of the highest premiums in the country even with the "non-profit" options. Plus the cost is increasing faster on a state level faster than any other state.

Only a fool would vote to pass this bill. There are far better ways to fix it. Like fixing the parts of fraud and Medicare abuse or allowing you to purchase health insurance across state lines. You can buy auto insurance across state line.

VOTE THEM ALL OUT IN NOV. Flush the entire house and senate...ALL OF THEM.

Until then pray if you have faith.

Scott,

I doubt the SCOTUS will find the health care bill un-constitutional but I wish they would.
