That is if Terry leaves me alone - she wants me to vacumn - but i have work to do....

I will be interested in this build, My dad, brother and nyself all have CVA's with the same plug. Hope it works!

Thank's Mike
I look forward to testing them.
They fit in my Accura as well.
That's one reason I didn't want the new version.

Well, that did not take long. Remember I am not a machinist, nor a good picture taker as you can see forgot to change the camera to a close-up view so i got a couple of blurred images...

The other thing... I do not own any metric drill bits so you have to settle for US drill sizes and numbers....

But here are the complete plugs with liners installed. Make sure you install them with some BP grease and install them snug and wipe off the excess - I left the the excess for picture effect - just got to find the Post Office now...

Here is some what - what happened in the operating room with my low dollar Delta drill press

Got to go vacumn!

I'll try to get them in the mail this afternoon....

looks good I may try this after I see Saxmans results with them. Thanks for the pictures.

The one on the left is very similar to mine and works GREAT with BH209.

Blowby is much better in my WinApex AKA CVA Kodiak Pro and a little better in my Accura. The Accura was already pretty good so its hard to tell a diference.

My WinApex and Accura 45 both use the same plug and it does well in both.

I got them today Mike
Thank you
They look great.
Tell me diff between the two and how I should use them

The plug with the recessed vent liner is for loose or pellets... the plug with the vent line on the very end is for loose only....

Because of the vent liner, both should reduce blow back and create easier powder ignition. The plug with the vent liner on the end should reduce the blow back even a little more as the flame channel has greater capacity to hold more volumn.

Also notice the flame channel has been enlarged from 3mm to .159" = slightly greater than 5/32's of an inch.

Glad you got them and they got there quicker than I thought... You will have to find an allen wrench of the correct size to remove and install the vent liner....
