just got this for my son , but he does not know it yet and will NOT until he returns , he is serving a mission for our church and will be returning in 4 months . Its a .22 wmr .

No doubt it will shoot as good as it looks...very pretty.

You will have the barrel broke in for your Son and the rifle tested with as least 5 different brands of 22WMR ammo?? :D

i have the same caliber 22 mag but got the synthetic stock [used mostly in the winter for coyotes ]..also got the bull barrel ,he will love the ACCUTRIGGER very smooth ..i used a lot of different bullets ..

cci maxi-mag hp hollow point 40 grain not very accurate

the most accurate ones were the winchester super x full metal jacket 40 gr.

all tests were made at the range rifle resting on sand bags ...

I also have a 22wmr , a Ruger 77 and its my coyote gun . I would have got one for my son with the plastic stock if they would have had one , the only ones i have seen have wood . I would like to get a bull barrel for my Ruger , but it is nice packing around as it is . Very light !!
