Not mine, but Toby has done a report on the new 300 grainer. Looks like they will be as accurate as the 350 grainers are for me. He obviously didn't know that Colorado removed the bullet length restriction. I sent him an e-mail with the links to that change, so he does now.

Has anyone else shot the 300 grainers yet? I haven't been out and about to see if they are available locally yet, or not. Been reducing the varmint population.

I placed a order with Cabelas,I was told they were selling fast. After not getting a email confirmation from them I called in to speak to customer service.

I am suppose to have them by tues they told me.

I wonder how much they will be off compared the 295gr HP power belts I have my NEF ML sighted in for. Can't wait to try them out.

I always thought the 350 grain shot real well. I have not harvested an animal with them. Have any of you? I read a report by someone (I forget who) that claimed they did not produce a good wound channel and splattered. I wanted to see if this was true or not. So any harvest info with the 350 would be appreciated.

i've killed 8-10 wild hogs with the 350 grain FPB bullet. Three of those hogs went over 300 pounds on the hoof. None went more than 10 yards after being hit. My powder charge is 100-110 grains of 2F Goex Pinnacle. With the exception of one huge hog that was shot in the chest as he looked at me, all the bullets exited. Some of the exit holes were over 1" in diameter.

i post on another site that you frequent under another screen name.
